Bone Reconstruction from Ultrasound Imagery

I constructed a 3D representation of bone structure from ultrasound images. The ultrasound images were denoised using a Gabor filter based Generalized Linear Model (GLM) trained on a ground truth cross-section of bone image. [Code] [Report].
